STEP 1:
Once you have decided to work with us. We set an appointment to go over the paperwork in person or over the phone. It is required that you sign all documentations needed in order to file unclaimed funds on your behalf. A notary will come out to you or you can go to a notary to have all signatures verified and recorded.
STEP 2:
After all paperwork and signatures have been filed we submit claims to various government agencies to verify the validity of the unclaimed funds. Depending on the county, city, or state, it can take up to 3-4 months for a response. Once we have received a response from the agency and all paperwork is filed and approved. We wait for the PAYDAY.....
STEP 3:
Once we receive an approval from all the agencies AND the estimated time to receive a check. We will contact you with that information and submit a check based on the agreed terms in our contract; which will be 30 days from the date check arrives in our office.
